London + Trace | Rein Fire Ranch in Ravensdale, Washington
With my season beginning to slow down, I can't help but to look back at all the weddings I was honored to be a part of. 45 weddings this year. Forty Five. I can't even begin to thank each and every one of my couples this year. I was challenged, entrusted and thanked by so many. I finally found who I was as an artist. What type of couples moved me the most, and I realized how much the connection between client and vendor is important. When you have clients that completely put their trust in you, to the do the job they chose you for - it is fulfilling.
London and Trace were one of those clients. It was such a beautiful day at an incredibly gorgeous wedding venue - Rein Fire Ranch in Ravensdale, Washington. Everything went so right on their day, just like it's supposed to. It began with such calmness - the barn was quiet. I arrived moments before the wedding party did - and the quietness was the perfect beginning to a perfect day. There is something about walking into a wedding, where the flow is easy. An observation I've made, is that beginning a wedding day off with moments of silence are one of the best ways to start your wedding day. I had a moment to walk around the location and envision how the wedding day was about to go. And it was exactly what I imagined.
These two trusted me and my artistic representation throughout the whole day without question. Everyone did. Knowing my clients trust me makes me feel more like an artist - I feel like my mind runs better when I know I've got couples that go with the flow of my work. It makes the day easier, as well as so much more fun. I am completely honored to have felt 100% confident on this day. It's not only important to me, but it's important to my clients that I'm ready and willing to create with them.
I hope this blog shows all the joy a wedding could. It was definitely one of my favorites from this season. Enjoy the Eaton's beautiful wedding story.
