If client is wanting an out of state session, different travel fees may apply. Such as: hotel and flight fees.
Travel Information
WASHINGTON ELOPEMENTS:
-Nuptials within a 100-mile round trip radius will require to have no travel fees.
-Nuptials over 100 miles round trip will require a travel fee of $350 and a one night stay near event.
-All weddings over 175 miles round trip will require a $350 travel fee and a two night stay near the wedding venue.
*Whatcom County elopements do not have to pay for a one-night stay due to immediate family residing there.
OUT OF STATE AND COUNTRY ELOPEMENTS:
- Out-of-state nuptials will require a two to three-night stay depending on location.
-Out-of-country elopements will require a 3 night stay + any other travel expenses like out-of-state weddings.
The Booking Process
I understand that all couples and nuptial events are different, which is why I offer several collections to fit the various amount of needs in an a la carte form. They are completely customizable to fit what ever your heart desires.
I love starting the process with meeting my clients face to face - usually this ends up happening over FaceTime or Zoom. If you decide I am the right fit for you then your elopement can be officially booked with a signed contract and a 50% retainer. If you have booked an engagement session, this will be the next step after contract is signed! Engagement sessions can be booked on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays between all year long. If weekends are the only option for you, there is a small "weekend fee” charge that will be invoiced. As your day grows close, we will come together for a final consultation to finalize your photo timeline and make sure all the details of the day run smoothly. Afterward you'll see a few sneak peeks on social media that you can ooh and aah over! 8-10 weeks later you'll receive your full gallery to share, print, and enjoy forever!
What is the next step?
I always find it helpful to get to know your vendor outside of email or PDF handbook. Imagine this as a first date. Loving the images that a photographer creates is the first step. However, as we all know trust is earned. Are they someone you would get along with? Are they someone that will make you feel heard, seen, and understood? Are they someone who takes into account your deepest desires when it comes to what matters in the final gallery of images?
To reserve your wedding day, a 30% retainer is due upon contract signing. If you need more financial assistance, it begins with a conversation. Do not hesitate to communicate with me about these needs. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before your wedding date. If you are booking an elopement OR an event based on the a la carte pricing, a 30% retainer is due upon contract signing. The remaining balance is due upon event/session date.

how do i determine if I'm having an elopement/intimate wedding? ANSWER:
Elopements usually define as only the couple but that has changed over the years as there has beeb some shifts in wedding culture. A lot of the times my downtown courthouse elopements include 8 or less people in total. I would define an intimate wedding as 50 people or less in total.

What if I need something more custom and I don't see it in your pricing guide?ANSWER:
This can happen! Sometimes you need way less coverage than what my starting package is, or you need multiple days of coverage! That is absolutely something I can work with. We would work together to create a custom package just for your specific needs and wants.
QUESTION:
Do you shoot nuptial events outside of washington state?ANSWER:
Absolute yes! I’ll travel anywhere. I’ve traveled as far as Iceland and Paris for an elopement/intimate wedding. Most destination weddings have travel fees and that is something we can discuss more when you inquire!

My packages are a la carte, which allows couples to decide what they want their entire package to include. You will receive a 50% discount on any engagement package when you book your wedding day coverage with me.
