Sophia + Philip // Discovery Park Fall Engagement

No one understands long distance like these two do. It's true. When we talk about long distance relationships, we are usually referring to different cities or different states - never different countries. Well these two have a strength and a determination that not many people hold - and here they are, on the path of marriage this upcoming October. While Sophia is here in Washington, Philip is ALL THE WAY in Sweden you guys!

Now if I ever hear anyone complain about their long distance relationship, I refer the story of this sweet couple - and how you can make anything work with the person you love. Although they met in college and were able to spend some time together, they've spent most of their relationship away from one another, and traveling when they can. I find it extremely inspiring, and even humbling when it comes to my own marriage. Life is full of tests. Some of them harder than others. It's not just the good times that keep you strong, but getting through the tough ones TOGETHER.

I'm so proud of these two and the love they have for one another just radiate from them. These photos are just a small look into their love story. So excited for their fall wedding. Here's a few of my favorites from their engagement session!
