Shawna + Greg | Rattlesnake Ledge

The moment I met up with Greg and Shawna I KNEW they would be the right fit for me. Funny, adventurous and all things good. My heart burst with joy when they mentioned Rattlesnake Ledge being one of their most cherished places together. I had always wanted to find a couple that was willing to do the "sweat is fat crying" hike to get some dramatic and epic engagement photos. This was the couple to do it. I knew it. We made a plan to go super early in the morning on a week day so it wouldn't be too busy. On the way up I got to learn more about them, bullshit, joke and talk about life. I got to experience such an intimacy with them that I believe helps capture clients in a much more satisfying way. The comfort level was through the roof - I truly got to be myself and so did they. The pictures speak from themselves - I know I say that all the time. But it's absolutely true in this case.

Enjoy! - Caitlyn Nikula
